Self-pay Rates:
$100 for initial evaluation and treatment
$60 for follow up visits for combined dry needling, cupping, movement-based therapy, and / or manipulation (most common)
$45 for manipulation, cupping, or dry needling individually
Do you take my insurance?
We are currently in-network with Anthem BCBS, Aetna (not Aetna Better Health), United Healthcare, Humana, Medicare, and most KY Medicaid plans including Passport and Wellcare. Please call 606-425-4665 to see if your insurance is currently being accepted.
Do I need a referral?
No. You can access Spine & Performance Physiotherapy with no referral. However, some insurance providers such as standard Medicare may require a referral.
I've tried therapy before and it didn't help, so it won't help now right?
Come in and experience what a difference receiving true, 1-on-1 treatment by an osteopractic physical therapist who is also certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy can make. People get better here that didn't get better elsewhere.

What if I have degenerative changes in my joints or spine? There's nothing you can really do right?
This is a very common misconception and there is very likely something that can still be done to help you with your pain. No it will not make your "degenerative changes" or "degenerative joint disease worse, but it could help you rid yourself of pain and improve your function. |
I need to see a physician before coming to you, right?
You have direct access to physical therapy services in the state of Kentucky, so use it to your benefit! This is a great tool that can save you valuable time in getting rid of your pain faster and conservatively. If we find that you are not appropriate for PT or you have issues that need addressing by an area physician, we will quickly make the appropriate referral. |
